For non-profit focused project, the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence (NCADV) was used as the base to launch the ‘Reaching Milestones’ campaign for National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The campaign begins with a 3 mile hike with DV victims to “earn their stones” which encompass the symbolic therapeutic healing of mind, body & spirit. A bracelet line was created for retailers with a percentage of proceeds from sales to benefit future hikes/events for healing victims & their families. Print ads created exclusively for women showcase raw, real-life stories placed in specific, private locations such as women’s bathroom stalls for direct impact. An aggressive social media campaign & out-of-home advertising spots such as subways in busy neighborhoods/cities would be used with both targeted placement and organic viral growth.
